Romans 13:11 – 11 And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
This is a fact for each believer. We are one day closer to our salvation than yesterday.
Did we do the most with that day? Paul reminds us that another day is gone so let’s remember to love our neighbor and quit doing things that are self centered or contrary to that. We must quit living for the darkness as our day of salvation is one more day closer than yesterday.

Pat, you are so right friend. It is so easy to get caught up in what “we” are doing today and not what the Lord is doing. This was a good reminder for me. Thanks, Joe.
